This End-User License Agreement ("EULA", “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Supernova Cleaner. This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of Supernova Cleaner App ("Software"), which are owned and operated by Supernova App Development LLC (“Supernova Cleaner,” “us,” “we,” or “our”), a legal entity incorporated under the laws of Georgia, having its registered office at Georgia, Tbilisi, Saburtalo district, Bakhtrioni street, No22, apartment 75.
By installing or using the software in any form, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and accept the terms of this agreement and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these terms, do not install, download, or use the software, and uninstall it if already installed.
This Agreement also applies to any updates, add-ons, internet-based services, or support services related to the Software.
Please also refer to the Supernova Cleaner Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), available at Terms, and Supernova Cleaner Privacy Policy (“Policy”), available at Privacy Policy. Any terms in this EULA will have the same meaning as those defined in the Terms unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Software is licensed, not sold. Supernova Cleaner grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Supernova Cleaner software (“License”) strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy. This license allows you to use Supernova Cleaner Software exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all other rights to the Supernova Cleaner Software.
The Software is protected by copyright laws, international copyright treaties, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may use Software only as expressly permitted in this Agreement.
You are only allowed to access the Service through the interfaces and protocols provided or authorized by Supernova Cleaner. You agree that you will not access the Service through unauthorized means, such as an unlicensed software client.
Supernova Cleaner Software, including all associated elements such as code, images, logos, audio, video, music, text, applets, and any other content, as well as any related documentation and copies, is the exclusive property of Supernova App Development LLC and is protected by applicable copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and other applicable laws of the country in which the Software is being used.
By installing, using, or accessing the Software, you acknowledge that you do not gain any rights, ownership, or control over any of the intellectual property related to the Software. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, remain the sole property of Supernova App Development LLC.
If you provide any comments or suggestions about Supernova App Development LLC, Supernova App Development LLC shall have the right to retain and use any such comments or suggestions in our current or future products or services, without further compensation to you and without your approval of such retention or use.
You shall not engage in any actions that may compromise or infringe upon our ownership and intellectual property rights related to the Software. Unless expressly permitted by this Agreement or applicable laws, you shall not:

You must take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of the Software.
You are authorized to install and operate the Supernova Cleaner software on your devices. However, you are solely responsible for procuring and maintaining, at your own cost, all necessary hardware, software, internet access, and communication networks required to utilize the Service. Supernova Cleaner will not be held accountable for any delays or failures in the Service caused by issues with equipment, software, internet connectivity, or communication networks that fall outside of our control.
Supernova Cleaner may offer technical support features during the software license term, such as assistance through email or other methods. Technical support is provided at Supernova Cleaner's discretion, without any guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for backing up all existing data, software, and programs before seeking technical support. During the support process, Supernova Cleaner may assess that the issue exceeds the scope of its support services and reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate technical support at its discretion.
Supernova Cleaner provides the Software "as is" and without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will meet your expectations or function without interruption or errors. We do not guarantee the Software is free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risks associated with using the Software, including any data loss or errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Supernova Cleaner disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event will we or any other party who has been involved in the creation, production, distribution, promotion, or marketing of the services be liable to you or any other party for any special, indirect, incidental, reliance, exemplary, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of data or profits, or for inability to use the service, even if we or such other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Such limitation shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy and to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event, shall our aggregate liability to you and any other party, whether direct or indirect, exceed thirty dollars ($30.00) for any and all claims, damages, and other theories of liability.
If the Software includes third-party programs, these components are subject to their own licensing agreements, which may include open-source or free software licenses. This Agreement does not override or restrict your rights under those third-party licenses, nor does it grant you additional rights beyond what those licenses permit. Always review the specific license terms applicable to any bundled third-party software for more details.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia and international copyright laws and treaties, without considering conflict of law principles. Any disputes related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Georgia.
This Agreement represents the complete understanding between you and Supernova Cleaner, replacing any prior agreements, communications, or understandings—whether written or oral—concerning its subject matter. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
Supernova Cleaner may revise this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion and the revised Agreement shall automatically apply to the corresponding versions of the Supernova Cleaner distributed with the revised terms.
This EULA becomes effective upon your first use of the Software and remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to Supernova Cleaner. The Agreement will also terminate immediately if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, the License granted under this EULA will cease immediately, and you must discontinue all access to and use of the Software. Any provisions that are intended to survive termination, by their nature, will remain in effect even after the Agreement has ended.
